Weddings
(Up to 155 Guests)
MAIN Ceremony & Reception Package Includes:
- Freedom to use the venue & grounds as you wish with your choice of vendors
- Use of the premises/grounds all day, the day of event, from 7am-11pm. Use of premises the day prior to event for set up/rehearsal, for up to 3 hours
- Overnight parking/camping & next morning belonging retrieval permitted
- Up to a 30 min. ceremony & 6 hour Reception
- Choice/Set up of ceremony site & use of our many beautiful photo opportunities including our boulder waterfall, 14’ boxwood greenery wall, 20’ high fireplace, sheer draping & floral chandlers, permanent floral floor installations, 10’ ficus trees, deconstructed brick wall, wooden bridge, split rail fence, wooded & landscaped areas
- Set up of 9’ wooden barn banquet tables, 6’ round tables & champagne Chiavari chairs according to your table chart
- Use of all buffet tables(3), suspended cable spool table, large charcuterie bread board, wine barrels, rolling Dj table, rolling flower cart, beverage station/bar, high top bar tables, & Sweetheart table
- Our amazing team to set up, manage, shut down & clean after your special day-2 owners present at every event to assist/plan every detail & coordinate the day of (3 Staff members required)
- Vendor list & guidance provided
- Catering kitchen/outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar available
- Choice/Set Up/Use of our table settings; French country “greige”’ or black chargers, white China plates, gold or stainless Mikasa flatware, champagne flutes, depression style clear water glasses & crystal napkin rings
- Choice/Set Up/Use of linen tablecloths/ napkins & cheesecloth or lace runners
- Choice/Set Up/Use of table numbers, centerpieces, lounge furniture, chafing dishes, serving utensils, beverage dispensers, galvanized tubs, coffee urn, coolers, upright beverage cooler, kegerator, buffet backdrop neon sign, various other signage, card box, choice of cake dessert stands, boho rugs, 5’ rose trees, candelabras, champagne wall & floral cart
- Use of THOUSANDS of pieces of inventory: artificial greenery, floral & garland, cake stands, flameless taper, floating, votive & pillar candles & holders/cylinder vases/hurricanes, bud vases, vintage suitcases, wood cookies, lanterns, stumps, arch draping, sparklers, urns, baskets, easels, lecterns, ground arches, Bluetooth speaker PA system, table seating chart mirror, crates, donut stands, vintage teacups/saucers….

(Only booked in & for current calendar year available dates)
- Includes all inventory/set up as main package, but with only partial day venue access for up to 4 hours for both ceremony & reception Staff & Catering available at regular pricing

(Only booked on a Sunday-Thursday in the months of May-October
