Mr. Danielson was first admitted to practice law in 1983 in New York. After practicing with large law firms in both New York and Massachusetts, Mr. Danielson began practicing in Maine as principal of his own law firm in 1994. He focuses on small business organizational and succession planning – including conveyancing, corporate law, contracts, commercial finance, probate, wills, as well as trusts and estate administration. Additionally Mr. Danielson has extensive experience in real estate, land use, title, leasing and zoning law and has served as an expert witness in title matters.

Mr. Danielson graduated from Boston College, cum laude, in 1980, and received his juris doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, New York, New York in 1983.
