My passion for fitness started at a young age as I was very active in various sports. I was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to the U.S. when I was 10 years old. After getting my graduate degree, and having kids, “life” and “lack of time” became the norm. However, my inspiration to become a personal trainer transpired after having spent years being “that person” who always wanted to lose weight and achieve better health, but was never able to maintain results. I have been on every diet under the sun, and my weight used to fluctuate considerably. All that changed when I made the decision that enough was enough. Now, having emerged to the other side and achieved my goals, I am thrilled to use my skills, my experience, and my own journey to help others.

I deeply care about my clients, and there is nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I know how being overweight, and being strapped for time with “life’s priorities” affects your whole life and I want to be there for those who want to bring about lasting change. I want to help you discover the benefits of proper training and nutrition that have helped me become the person I am today! I am here to guide you every step of the way.

I understand that life can be hectic and it’s often tough to find time to workout. I have been there myself and I have made every excuse too. Now though, I’ve used my experiences to design programs that have helped my clients.
