Second born of 3 children in a close knit family raised in the Finger Lakes region of any state I was raised in a creative environment with a whole lot of kindness amongst our selves. It was Norman Rickwellian in many ways as expectations were clear & reasonable and structured. Richness in relationships gave me the greatest spiritual empowerment to believe my Dads words that perseverance and a good education would open any door to any opportunity in our great nation.

I am medically trained and have an associate degree & bachelor degree . As an Air Force wif, my husband and I raised for children. We have 2 grandchildren. My passion is to build a supportive network of natural practice providers who enhance health outcomes through the senses & my certifications. I am people centered and use essential oils, vibrational tools with gem stone tips and sound to enhance performance and wellbeing. I am an advocate for children that includes special needs children adults and their families. Long hikes, bike riding and worshiping in church as well as working one on one and in groups to share my expertise for strong results.
